SAMSARA SCHOOLS WORK

As a former primary school teacher, and after then running a cycle development project at Bedgebury Forest, I started delivering off-road biking sessions to schools.

I have run curriculum time, after-school and holiday sessions for the past nine years. I have worked with early years, KS1, KS2 and secondary mainstream schools. I have worked with young people with physical disabilities and learning needs in specialist environments. I have vast experience working with young people with emotional and/or behavioural needs.

Where school grounds allow, I create basic trails and skills areas to enrich the learning experience. I teach classes off-site at Samsara Bike Park in Sevenoaks and in Cyclopark, Gravesend. It is not uncommon to get an entire year six class riding the track shown in the above video, after a terms' instruction.
